Amber Neville
A proud Iowa City native with deep ties to the community, Amber left her career as a corporate librarian, a position she held for 11 years, to pursue a more creative field. Luckily, she has turned out to be a natural for floral design with a knack for creating arrangements using foraged and native flowers and plants. Amber lives in the Northside with her children and cantankerous kitty, Tuli. She loves reading, particularly historical fiction, and is a very amateur bird-watcher.

Angela Barnett
Originally from Sioux City, Angela has lived in Iowa City since graduating from the University of Iowa. She began working as a floral designer in 2000 while living in Alaska and never stopped. Angela, an experienced and talented floral designer, earned her Master Florist credentials through the Iowa Florist’s Association in 2006. Owning her own shop has long been a dream of Angela’s, one that has been realized through the creation of Willow & Stock. Angela is an avid bicyclist and lives in Iowa City with her husband, two sons, two cats, and the best dog in the world, Jim.
Locally Sourced
Willow & Stock celebrates local beauty by sourcing flowers from area farmers and Midwest growers. We prioritize sustainability with biodegradable wraps, composting, and eco-friendly deliveries.
